Dr Jean Clovis Kalobu is medical advisor of Memisa Belgium in DR Congo, a NGO working in health system strengthening in order to improve the availability and access to quality care for the population with particular attention to the most vulnerable people. He is responsible for the quality assurance of Memisa Belgium’s interventions in the DRC. Dr Jean Clovis Kalobu has a specific expertise in managing access to care programs for type 1 and 2 diabetic patients in first-line health facilities.
