Jannelore Derycke is a mental health professional who graduated in Clinical Orthopedagogy and Human Sexology Studies. Committed to supporting individuals whose mental health needs are not being met, she works as the Mental Health Focal Point at the Center for Reception, Care, and Orientation (COZO) of Dokters van de Wereld in Antwerp. COZO is a low-threshold, multidisciplinary center for anyone experiencing difficulties accessing health care. The COZO team directs individuals to the regular (mental) health care system. When this is not possible, or in urgent cases, Doctors of the World offers medical and psychological consultations directly.
