Elies Van Belle is the chair of Be-cause health. She is a public health doctor and General Director of the Belgian ngo Memisa, an organisation active in international cooperation in health with a focus on strenghtening fragile health systems in Africa. She has an extensive experience in Primary Health Care Programs in Africa and in Asia.
