Elias Kondilis is a psychiatrist and public health physician, Associate Professor of Health Policy at the School of Medicine of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Previously he held research and teaching positions at the Barts and the London School of Medicine at Queen Mary University of London and the Open University of Cyprus.

He is Vice-President of the International Association of Health Policy in Europe (IAHP) and an active member of People’s Health Movement (PHM) in Europe.
