Abdoulaye Sow
Abdoulaye Sow (Guinean) is a general practitioner, a public health physician and a teacher-researcher at the University of Conakry. He is involved in several projects supporting the community health sector in his country and is also a resource person for several health districts where he contributes to the access of vulnerable populations to health care.
As the head of a professional association (a local NGO called Fraternité Médicale Guinée) specializing in the provision of primary health care, his main area of interest is the integration of disease management programs and marginalized populations into basic health services.
Abdoulaye Sow has an MPH from ITM and obtained a PhD in Public Health from the ULB in cooperation with the ITM and the University of Conakry. He is a member of several mental health networks and a regular at Be-cause health conferences.
