COVID-19 MEASURES

The conference is only accessible to people with a valid Covid Safe Ticket (CST) together with a proof of identity. When scanning your CST, no visitor data is stored on the scanning devices.

We ask you to still respect all protective measures including social distancing as much as possible. Wearing facemasks while seated is not necessary when using the CST, but is obligatory while circulating throughout all ITM buildings. We ask you to systematically disinfect your hands when entering the conference and lunch rooms. Hand sanitisers are available throughout the venue. We will make sure the rooms are properly ventilated.

During lunch and coffee breaks, we cannot exceed the number of 50 participants in the lunch room. For this, we will have lunch in 2 shifts, and kindly ask you to take your coffee break as short as possible.
