BE EU 2024 Expert event
23 April 2024, 9am-5:45pm (CET)
Lamot Center, Van Beethovenstraat 8-10, Mechelen
The international community is facing a significant challenge to reach the SDG 3.8 target of achieving Universal Health Coverage, which implies that all people have access to the full range of quality health services they need, when and where they need them, without financial hardship.
This event of the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the EU is jointly organized with Belgian development cooperation actors Enabel and Be-cause health.
Together with different global health stakeholders, we’ll pave the way for stronger health systems and UHC. This conference presents a valuable opportunity to develop concrete recommendations for the implementation of the EU’s Global Health Strategy and facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders in global health.
